How do I sign up for a FREE Trial class?

 

Pick any class listed on our class schedule and arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. No reservations or pre-registration required.

Is Foundry Fitness for all fitness levels?

 

Yes, all Fitness levels are welcome! Our classes are comprised of beginner, intermediate, and advanced members. We will progress or regress the exercise being performed depending on your skill level. You choose your own weights, and you go at your own pace. It's you against you.

At Foundry Fitness we know what it takes to get results! No workout is ever the same at Foundry. This allows us to challenge and transform your body by constantly engaging and recruiting new muscle fibers and preventing plateaus. In addition, we only use the most effective methods of exercise and equipment and make sure to motivate you to reach your relative intensity level to maximize calorie burn. In addition, we also track your weight, bodyfat %, BMI, and muscle % every month so you can see your progress!
